Please note that a Credit Card Processing Fee of 2% will apply for respective card payments.
I understand that 28 days notice is required if I wish to withdraw my child from the SIP Abacus Program and cancel the subsequent payments. I understand that the fee paid is non refundable unless charged in error. If SIP Abacus is unable to start a batch as per the request, the entire fees charged will be refunded. You are also protected by the Consumer Guarantees Act.
I understand that the agreed fee of $112 will be charged to my account on a fortnightly basis. I also authorise SIP Abacus to charge any other mutually agreed fees.
I authorise and request the debit user detailed below to debit payments from my nominated account, as specified below, at intervals and amounts as directed by SIP Abacus as per the Terms and Conditions of the SIP Abacus agreement and subsequent agreements.
I/We authorize you until further notice to debit my/our account with all amounts which EZIDEBIT (NZ) LIMITED, the registered initiator of Authorization Code 0227418, may initiate by Direct Debit. I/We acknowledge and accept that the bank accepts this authority upon the conditions listed in the terms of this agreement. I confirm that I can operate and have sole authority for the nominated bank account.
Please note that a failed payment fee of $11.95 is charged by our Direct Debit service provider in case of any failed payments.
